1.Why the label will shifting after printing? A:Lower the printer speed,adjust the correct distance of label before start printing.
2.I can not put the roll to the printer.

A:Confirm your printer is inkjet printer(require ribbon to print) or thermal printer(heat sensitive),you can advise us the print brand and item then choose the suitable material.
